Preparaci\u00f3n de la superficie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El casco debe estar completamente libre de cualquier recubrimiento antiincrustante anterior. Elimine las capas existentes mediante chorro de arena, lijado o tratamiento qu\u00edmico hasta dejar \u00fanicamente el gelcoat o la imprimaci\u00f3n epoxi existente. La superficie debe estar limpia, seca y libre de grasa y polvo, con un acabado lijado adecuado para garantizar una adhesi\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>2. Imprimaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n del metal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cascos de PRFV<\/strong>: Si se requiere una imprimaci\u00f3n epoxi para una protecci\u00f3n adicional, utilice un sistema sin disolventes como Hempel High Build o Jotun Jotamastic. Aplique la primera capa de <strong>COPPERCOAT<\/strong> mientras la imprimaci\u00f3n a\u00fan est\u00e9 h\u00fameda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Herrajes met\u00e1licos<\/strong>: Los accesorios pasacascos y los timones deben recibir una o dos capas de imprimaci\u00f3n sin disolventes para aislar el metal del cobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quillas<\/strong>: Las quillas de hierro o plomo requieren de dos a cuatro capas de imprimaci\u00f3n epoxi antes de su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Embarcaciones que no son de PRFV<\/strong>: En cascos de acero, madera o aluminio, aplique al menos dos capas de imprimaci\u00f3n epoxi sin disolventes. Aplique <strong>COPPERCOAT<\/strong> antes de que la imprimaci\u00f3n cure completamente o lije la superficie si han transcurrido m\u00e1s de 24 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-4b8aac89 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-e5bbf372\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>3. Mezcla y vida \u00fatil de la mezcla<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcle \u00fanicamente <strong>un litro cada vez<\/strong> debido al tiempo de trabajo limitado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezcle cuidadosamente la resina base y el endurecedor. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada lentamente el polvo de cobre mientras remueve de forma continua. Utilice una batidora el\u00e9ctrica para asegurar una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vida \u00fatil de la mezcla<\/strong>: De 30 a 40 minutos a temperaturas superiores a 20 \u00b0C. A altas temperaturas, la mezcla puede diluirse, si es necesario, con hasta un 10 % de alcohol isoprop\u00edlico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>4. Proceso de aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplique el producto con rodillos de pelo corto siguiendo un patr\u00f3n aleatorio. Evite aplicar capas demasiado gruesas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primera capa<\/strong>: Puede parecer fina o transl\u00facida; esto es normal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capas sucesivas<\/strong>: Aplique la segunda, tercera y cuarta capa directamente sobre la anterior antes de que se endurezca. En embarcaciones de m\u00e1s de 8 metros, la siguiente capa suele poder aplicarse de inmediato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cobertura total<\/strong>: Aseg\u00farese de utilizar la cantidad total calculada (aproximadamente 1 litro por cada 4 m\u00b2). Curado y botadura<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protecci\u00f3n contra la humedad<\/strong>: Proteja el casco de la lluvia o la humedad durante al menos 48 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tiempo de curado<\/strong>: No bote la embarcaci\u00f3n antes de un m\u00ednimo de tres d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zonas ocultas<\/strong>: Transcurridos tres d\u00edas, pueden reposicionarse los soportes para tratar las zonas previamente inaccesibles utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de aplicaci\u00f3n multicapa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acabado<\/strong>: Antes de la botadura, lije suavemente la superficie a mano o con m\u00e1quina para exponer el cobre y acelerar la activaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>6. Mantenimiento y reactivaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lavado anual<\/strong>: Saque la embarcaci\u00f3n del agua anualmente para realizar un lavado a presi\u00f3n que elimine la contaminaci\u00f3n superficial. Simplemente se reactiva. Aqu\u00ed tienes el proceso completo de reaplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:23px\">1. Lijar hasta eliminar toda la capa verde de oxidaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-87e14548-79e7-4e6a-89e3-70ee9cb93d17\">Lija toda la superficie del casco con papel de grano 120 hasta que el acabado vuelva a ser de color marr\u00f3n. Cuando no quede rastro de la capa verde de \u00f3xido, la preparaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 lista. Este paso es fundamental para garantizar la adherencia del nuevo Coppercoat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:23px\">2. Lavar a fondo y dejar secar por completo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-66db79ad-58df-4efa-aac9-ac3b13cc7b90\">Lava el casco con agua limpia para eliminar todo el polvo del lijado y cualquier tipo de contaminante. No inicies la aplicaci\u00f3n hasta que la superficie est\u00e9 completamente seca. Cualquier humedad residual compromete la adherencia y el curado del epoxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:23px\">3. Aplicar 4-5 capas completas en un solo d\u00eda<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-f747b87c-8f0a-477f-8ad9-9faf77be6f8a\">Aplica el tratamiento completo de Coppercoat (4 a 5 capas finas) en una sola jornada, siguiendo el procedimiento de aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar. La t\u00e9cnica h\u00famedo sobre h\u00famedo garantiza la adherencia qu\u00edmica entre capas y la integridad del sistema final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:23px\">4. Tratar las zonas cubiertas por los soportes tras 3 d\u00edas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-33a9c293-04d4-4a43-802f-f8dc6e6655cf\">Tras 3 d\u00edas de curado, iza la embarcaci\u00f3n y reposiciona los soportes. Lija las zonas que hab\u00edan quedado cubiertas, limpia bien, deja secar y aplica Coppercoat con el mismo m\u00e9todo. Ninguna parte del casco debe quedar sin tratar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-size:23px\">5. Lijar suavemente y botar la embarcaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Despu\u00e9s de otros 3 d\u00edas adicionales de curado, da un lijado suave a todo el casco para activar la superficie del Coppercoat y exponer cobre fresco.
