Ambientech – Shipping Information

1. Shipping Areas
Ambientech.es ships to the following territories:
- Mainland Spain (Península)
- Balearic Islands
- European Union member states (delivery times vary depending on destination country)
Orders placed from outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Ambientech.es.
2. Order Processing
Orders will begin processing only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
No order will be prepared, reserved, or dispatched until payment authorization has been completed.
Processing times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain).
If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the customer will be informed without undue delay and any payment received will be refunded accordingly.
3. Shipping Method
- Primary carrier: NACEX
- Tracked shipping service is used where available.
Ambientech.es reserves the right to use an equivalent carrier where necessary to ensure proper delivery.
4. Processing and Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Mainland Spain (Península)
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 24–72 hours
Balearic Islands
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 3–5 business days
European Union
- Processing: 2–4 business days
- Delivery: Depends on destination country and carrier conditions
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They exclude weekends and public holidays.
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Ambientech.es shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, transport disruptions, customs procedures, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
The total purchase price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is shown prior to payment confirmation.
6. Risk and Transfer of Responsibility
In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
Ownership of the goods transfers upon full payment of the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Ambientech.es shall not be liable for delivery failures or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Delivery Issues and Transport Damage
If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer should:
- Notify the carrier immediately; and
- Record the incident on the delivery receipt where possible.
Any transport-related incident should be reported to Ambientech.es within a reasonable time after delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
8. Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Customers may monitor shipment status directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
