1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Ambientech.es in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Failure to notify within this period results in the loss of the statutory withdrawal right.

2. Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

Returned products must:

Be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date withdrawal is communicated
Be in their original condition
Include all accessories, manuals, components, and protective packaging
Be properly packaged to avoid transport damage

Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If products show signs of installation, use, damage, missing components, altered packaging, or any reduction in resale condition, Ambientech.es reserves the right to apply a proportionate deduction reflecting the actual loss of value.

If the returned product is rendered unsellable due to the customer’s handling, reimbursement may be reduced accordingly to the extent permitted by law.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized goods
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or safety reasons once unsealed
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Products that have been installed, mixed, chemically altered, or partially used
Technical or chemical products once opened or activated

These exclusions apply strictly in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

They do not affect the customer’s rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility

Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or lack of conformity, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by Ambientech.es.

Returns should be sent using a traceable and insured carrier. Ambientech.es is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transport.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

Using the original payment method
Within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice

Ambientech.es may withhold reimbursement until:

The returned goods are received and inspected; or
The customer provides proof of return shipment

The original standard delivery cost will be reimbursed only where required under consumer law.

Additional delivery charges chosen by the customer (express shipping or premium services) are non-refundable.

Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be justified and communicated to the customer.

6. Inspection and Condition Assessment

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Ambientech.es reserves the right to:

Document product condition
Assess resale suitability
Apply lawful deductions where diminished value is identified

Inspection findings shall be binding unless demonstrably incorrect.

7. Legal Guarantee – Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Products sold by Ambientech.es are covered by the statutory legal guarantee in accordance with Spanish and EU law.

Customers must notify Ambientech.es of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Where a product is confirmed defective or non-conforming:

Repair or replacement will be offered as the primary remedy
Refund will apply only where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate
Return shipping costs will be borne by Ambientech.es

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, failure to follow technical instructions, environmental exposure beyond specifications, or third-party handling errors does not constitute a product defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ambientech.es shall not be liable for:

Improper installation or technical handling
Failure to follow manufacturer or technical instructions
Normal wear and tear
Environmental factors outside product specifications
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

9. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact info@ambientech.es with your order number and reason for return.
Await return authorization and instructions.
Ship the product securely using a traceable carrier.
After inspection, Ambientech.es will process the refund in accordance with this policy.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
